Urban Futures is a youth-led movement driving food systems transformation in Chongwe. Established in 2023, the project has trained over 500 youth and connected more than 1,000 farmers to markets through its AgriConnect Hub.
At Urban Futures, we are revolutionizing agriculture through innovation, digital technology, and youth empowerment. Our AgriConnect Hub connects young agripreneurs to opportunities, training, and market access, ensuring a climate-smart, sustainable future.
